At Safa Adorn, we strive to deliver high-quality jewelry that meets your expectations. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any purchases once the order is placed and delivered.

2. Exchange Policy (Only for Defective Products)
We offer a 7-day exchange policy only in case the product received is damaged or defective.

• You must inform us within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• A proper unboxing video is required as proof of damage/defect.

3. Exchange Process

• To request an exchange, email us at safaadorn@gmail.com with your order details and proof (images/video).

• Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us.

4. Delivery Charges

• Customers are required to pay ₹100 as delivery/shipping charges for the exchange process.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

• Used or damaged products (not due to our fault) will not be accepted.

• Products without original packaging or proof will not be eligible.

6. Processing Time

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.
